Terms of use

Last updated 29 October 2026. These terms cover the AnyGym website and early-access programme. Full member and gym-partner terms will be shown before you create an account in the app.

Who we are

AnyGym is a product of Dheeram. Access control is powered by Cams Biometrics. Contact: contact@dheeram.org.

Early access

Joining early access does not create an account, a payment obligation or a guaranteed launch date in your city. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about AnyGym; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Prices shown on this website

Prices, tiers, caps and the gym fee described on this website are indicative launch figures. Each gym sets its own prices, and the price that applies is the one shown in the app before you enter a gym or buy a package.

Payments

• AnyGym holds no prepaid balance. Visits are charged after they end, at the price shown by each gym, and packages when you buy them.
• Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider and settled directly to the gym, less AnyGym's fee.
• If you link UPI AutoPay or a card, you set the maximum per charge and can remove it at any time.

Gyms

Partner gyms are independent businesses responsible for their premises, equipment, staff and safety. Train within your limits and follow each gym's rules.

Trademarks

ZKTeco and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility. AnyGym is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Liability

This website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
